It has been a few months I have been attending the morning Yoga sessions. The experience of starting the day with such well organized and guided class, has been really beautiful and heartwarming. We get individual attention and instructions to correct our postures but beyond that at the surface level focus , we receive guidance to maintain deep sense of awareness and thus helping us deepening our practices. My experience with the daily morning Rise and Shine Yoga class has been very fulfilling. Instructor has knowledge, understanding and experience in Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation and Human Physiology helps to plan each session with different series of poses everyday. She guides us step by step for each pose, explains its benefits and corrects any mistakes which we make. Regularly attending the sessions has helped my health, posture and energy levels.
While the yoga class is intensive at times, she supports everyone and encourages them to improve at their own pace. She can provide guidance and help us adopt yogic lifestyle. I’ve been attending the Rise and Shine Yoga class for a few months now and really enjoy it. The instructor is very knowledgeable and connects with everyone, even over Zoom—it feels personal and attentive. She supports beginners with modifications while also guiding advanced students as needed.
The Friday pranayama-focused class is my favorite and a perfect way to start the day. I’ve noticed real improvement in my strength and flexibility and would highly recommend this class to anyone.

As someone who is new to yoga, I’ve always felt a bit uncomfortable exercising around a lot of people — but this class has changed that for me. The instructor is extremely understanding and encouraging, and their presence instantly makes me feel comfortable and supported.
